Description
This is one of the best trees we have. Chicago Hardy is one of the more cold-hardy figs. It has good split-resistance. It is medium / large in size, and has a wonderfully sweet berry flavor. They ripen on the in-ground tree in our yard consistently. What more could you ask for? It’s one of those varieties that all growers needs to have in their collection, especially if you are in a colder climate.
